Ramones Resort

Styled after the Tahitian cottages on the Polynesian island of Bora Bora, the cabanas at Ramon’s Resort were built from native materials by craftsmen utilizing the same skill and techniques the islanders used in the days of the great sailing ships.

"It's Tahiti just two hours from Houston!" said one guest. "We had no idea something this unique existed except in the Pacific islands!" said another.

Diving here is like being in an underwater fantasy of the Caribbean. Undiscovered by the tourism industry until the late 1980s, Ambergris Caye was a sparsely populated habitat for a few locals and a secret dive destination for the brave and adventurous. Today, it is the treasure of the Caribbean, offering hundreds of spectacular, uncrowded dive sites.
