Bonaire is located in the Southern Caribbean about 50 miles off the northern coast of Venezuela. Together with Aruba and Curacao it forms a group referred to as the ABC islands.
Diving conditions in Bonaire include no strong currents, no big seas and short boat rides. Normally, the visibility exceeds 100 feet! Dense coral growth and a multitude of brightly colored reef fish allow you to enjoy the underwater wonderland. The fringing reef begins close to the shore usually a short 30 foot swim or less, making Bonaire world renowned for its ease of shore diving.
Bonaire is our favorite dive destination for new divers. The conditions are so easy that it allows new divers the opportunity to dive, dive, dive and greatly improve their diving skills while enjoying terrific underwater amazements. The experienced diver will also enjoy the simplicity and ease of diving in Bonaire. This has to be were the term "recreational diving" was coined!
